Delivery within South Africa
Free collection from our shop at 2 Ivy Road, Claremont, Cape Town.
Free unregistered delivery for all items under R100 (2-5 day delivery).
Free counter to counter delivery for orders of R100 or over. (2-5 day delivery, a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as it is sent so you can track it online).
Missing goods
If an order doesn't arrive within 30 working days of sending, we will send a replacement delivery as a registered delivery.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so you are welcome to return or exchange anything. SImply email us within 30 days of purchase and arrange to have the items returned to us. We will refund you the cost of any returned items (less delivery costs).
