These pretty pieces are handcrafted to our specific 'a ring to it' requirements and in the interest of making sure that your jewellery retains the quality and standards of manufacture we need about 5 to 10 working days to fulfill your orders and drop off for the delivery phase.
The ultimate, most over used statement of all time when referring to your mommy’s china, glass and all things delicate- like jewellery- is ‘Handle With Care’ and most of the time that’s quite sound advice, but with jewellery there are some added tips. It helps to not expose the precious pieces to harsh chemicals, soaps, lotions and too much water.
In the case of gold plated pieces, to avoid accelerating the fading of the gold colouring please refer to the above Care Instructions. Also keep in mind that this is also dependant from person to person as every person reacts differently to metals and these reactions could be because of perspiration or other factors.
On the manufacturing side, we take care that our products (where necessary) are treated to avoid the more common reactions. That being said, people do react differently and we are more than happy to assist clients in figuring out what metals they should be wearing if they do have problems.
'A ring to it' jewellery works hard to ensure that our products meet our quality and manufacturing standards and our clients help in ensuring we keep our products at this level. Each product is packaged in our 'a ring to it' packaging and is ready for gifting at no extra cost- whether it is a gift to yourself or a gift from you to a friend. Each order will be packaged collectively (in one gift bag) unless otherwise stated in the comments section.
We offer 'door to door' delivery throughout South Africa via our courier, which is charged at R80. Once your order has been collected/dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email so you can see updates of your goods on route to you. This service takes approximately 24-48 hours, however we cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery. Please supply us with a physical address as the courier delivers 'door to door' during work hours,unless otherwise requested, which would cost extra. All orders are packaged with the utmost care and we cannot be held liable for loss or damage to the products once the precious cargo has left our careful hands.

International orders and shipping
'a ring to it' uses Registered Airmail via the South African Post Office. All orders are packaged with the utmost care and we cannot be held liable for loss, damage or delay as a result of the postal services, once the precious cargo has left our careful hands. Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed your parcel's tracking number. Postage can take approximately 2-3 weeks. Any customs charges (fees) that may occur is for the account of the buyer and will be paid by the buyer.
