A life lead simply strives for simple, intentional living, and we feel that gifting should be no different. We stock a compilation of beautiful, practical and natural products perfect for simplistic and minimalistic living. We also strive to be as low waste as possible.
Our gift boxes are specifically designed to make gifting from the heart as easy as possible. Curated to suit different occasions, we believe our gift boxes are intentional gifting at its best.
We deliver anywhere in South Africa. Delivery costs are quoted upon checkout.
All gift boxes are sent via a courier company or can be collected from our offices in Wingate Park, Pretoria East.
Delivery is available Monday to Friday (Excluding public holidays)
Orders take 2 to 3 business days to be fulfilled, and 2 to 3 business days to be couriered. You will be notified once the order leaves our premises and you will receive a tracking number.
We will do our best to have your order dispatched and delivered on time but we cannot be held responsible should a delay occur because of circumstances beyond our control.
A life lead simply cannot be held responsible for any failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or missing delivery information supplied to us.
A life lead simply cannot be held responsible if there is no one at the delivery address to receive the order. Unfortunately, we cannot leave orders unattended at the delivery address.
We will have the order send out again at an additional cost and will not be held responsible for any perished goods.

All credit card payments are facilitated through PAYFAST.

We also accept electronic funds transfer (EFT) for South African bank card holders.
Please e-mail proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org, using your order number as the reference.
All orders must be paid in full before the order will be processed.
Orders will only be dispatched once we have received proof of payment.
Please note: No documentation is sent with our orders as most deliveries are intended as gifts.

Should an item become unavailable, sold out or discontinued, we promise to replace it with an item of equal or greater value, just as delicious or just as lovely!

It is your responsibility to provide accurate information in terms of the delivery details, A life lead simply will not be held responsible for any failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or missing delivery information supplied to us.
Using the online store
You can order our intentional gift boxes and our products online, in complete confidence.
You are able to view your order at any time by clicking the ‘cart’ link at the top of each page.
The cart allows you to check and modify your order before proceeding to checkout.
Upon checkout, the delivery fee is added and you will be given the grand total of your purchase.
Your personal details including credit and bank card information are kept completely private and are protected using SSL encryption (secure link) keeping your details safe.
Shipping, taxes, and discounts will be calculated at checkout.
Refunds, exchanges & cancellations
A life lead simply’s gift boxes are packaged securely and with much love and care.
In the unfortunate unlikelihood that items are damaged in transit, please e-mail us on the day of delivery at email@example.com
Should you wish to cancel an order, the following applies.
A confirmed order may only be cancelled with A life lead simply’s consent.
If the order has been confirmed but not yet dispatched a 5% cancellation fee will be charged.
If the order has been confirmed and dispatched but not yet delivered, the delivery fee as well a 20% admin fee will be charged.
We have a 7-day return or exchange policy. If 7 or more days have gone by since your purchase, we, unfortunately, can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return shipping is for your own account.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable number of days.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, items bought on sale or with any discount voucher or code cannot be refunded.
