A polished brass and silver necklace.

We wish that we could guarantee that the colour of the metals in real life will match the colour settings of your screen, however due to the variability of screen colour settings we cannot. That being said polished brass and silver are metals familiar to everyone.


A solid brass polished bar (20mm long) and a solid brass circle (7mm) on a 450mm sterling silver chain.

Like all metals, both silver and brass develop a natural patina over time. Some people prefer this natural matt finish. However, if you prefer your jewellery bright and shiny, all products come packaged with care instructions and a special polishing cloth for maintaining both the colour and shine of the metals.
We manufacture and ship within ten working days but usually ship within four working days.

Returns / Refund Policy
When making a purchase, please read the product descriptions carefully and take note of the measurements to ensure that you are happy when the parcel arrives.
We will, however, refund or exchange items within 10 working days from delivery/collection if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason. The items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Items sent back after this 10 day period cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender. If you are concerned, please contact us.
Unless your order has arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the postage fee to return the items to us. Please use a tracking number. 
Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will issue your refund. Please note that where delivery fees are paid, the original delivery fee of sending the goods to you cannot be refunded.
The cost of repairs is calculated on a case by case basis. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have a query.

We usually dispatch orders within 3 days, but please allow 10 working days for dispatch just in case.

Local Orders (RSA)
Local orders are couriered - Free shipping
You must supply a physical address (not a P.O. Box) and a telephone number to be contacted on during delivery hours. Please double-check that your address is correct. If we are unable to reach you after two delivery attempts the order will be returned to us and checked back into stock. We will then refund your payment minus a R50 stock-processing fee.
International Shipping
International orders are sent via airmail - R120.00 per parcel.
Free shipping for orders over R600.
Your country may charge additional import duties on collection depending on its own policy.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes up to 2 weeks, but unfortunately this is an estimate and not a guaranteed time. Parcels are sent via airmail counter-to-counter, and each parcel has a tracking number which we will email you once we have sent your parcel off. You can track your parcel online with the South African Post Office while your parcel is in South Africa, and then with your country's own Postal Service once it leaves South Africa. 
Please note : some countries (for example, Australia) will issue their own tracking number when the parcel reaches that country. Please call your Post Office and give them your South African tracking number and they will be able to give you the new tracking number and advice on how to track it within your country. 
While we are happy to assist with tracking parcels where we can, once parcels leave South Africa, the South African Post Office can no longer track it for us as it is then the responsibility of the receiving country. If you are expecting an international parcel, it is always a good idea to know how your own Post Office works within your county to avoid parcels being uncollected and returned to South Africa. 
Please note : If the parcel is not collected and therefore returned to us - we will refund the price of the items sent minus a R50 stock-processing fee, but we cannot refund the shipping fee. If you wish for your parcel to be resent, a second shipping fee will need to be paid.
