I hope you have a very pleasant shopping experience with Touchee Feelee, but if you are not entirely happy, please contact me, I’m sure we will be able to work something out.



Shipping:
I'll keep you posted (no pun intended) about when I send your parcel and when you should expect it. I use the services of the South African post office.
I take all necessary precautions to ensure products are properly packaged so that your goodies arrive safe and sound. All items come from a smoke free home.

Returns:
If you want to return or exchange your order, please contact me, there is a 5 day cool down period to request a refund or exchange. No returns will be accepted and no refunds given unless you contact me via email before the item is posted back to me. The item must be unused and in or with it's original packaging.
