I love all things beautiful! I love handmade products and everything they stand for: passion, dedication, exclusivity and beauty. No matter what the product is, each handmade creation is carefully made with love by a talented person.

I find it incredibly rewarding being able to make and create with my own hands. Since childhood, I have always been creative with an artistic flair. Once completing my studies at the school for Textiles, Leather and Design, I felt I now had a great foundation to work from.
In England UK in 2008, shortly after opening a perfume and accessories shop, the Sense handbag was born. Relocating to South Africa has fueled my passion for handmade products even more as there is an amazing community of extremely talented artists and crafters.

I love experimenting with shapes, colours and styles, drawing my inspiration for each bag from beautiful fabrics and its different textures. Each Sense handbag is specifically designed as a one-off piece, therefore you will never find two of the same. This uniqueness will ensure that every handbag is as individual as you are.
