Postage to anywhere within South Africa is done through the South African Post Office (SAPO)
Orders will only be sent off once payment has been received in full.
Once your parcel has been sent, you will be sent (via email) a SAPO tracking number (it will be worth keeping a track of your parcel online, as very often you may not actually receive a delivery slip from the SAPO)

Although all orders are very carefully packaged so as to avoid any damage while in transit, Pretty Pretty cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss or theft that may occur.
